I did some testing tonight with the new talent trees and here are the numbers I came out with.

All tests are only self buffed on a level 70 target dummy using all available cooldowns in a 3 minute span. (aka the life of my battleshout w/glyph)

TG netted me 1100 dps.
Arms DWing with one-handers netted me 1150 dps. (in lue of the sudden death change)
Arms using a two-hander netted me 1490 dps.
Arms DWing with two-handers netted me 1850 dps. (yes you read right, DWing two-handers, I'll let you figure out how I pulled that off)

Hmm, a tough one... Perhaps you specced TG, equipped two 2H weapons then respec back to Arms? Which would suggest you are exploiting a game bug, no?

Yea I did the same exact thing and was amazed at the dps I was dishing out on the dummies in TB.Although it goes away after you log out or zone in to something *tear*

I honestly don't think this damage testing is very accurate because you failed to indicate what gear you were using and what weapons.

Back when I posted this (almost two weeks ago) all you would of had to do was look at my armory link in my sig. I was using Trollbane and Gorehowl for two handers and Dragonstrike and badge off hand for one handers.

I have since switched to prot but I'll tell you numbers that counted. AP 2200, crit 36%, hit 153, expertise 15, armor pen 32 rating. All of that was in battle stance completely unbuffed.

Edit: spelling > me.
