im a lvl 63 fire mage, my question is, where should i spend my talent points now that im done with fire?

That, my friend, is up to you. What do you want most? Quicker cooldowns on Frost Nova with some Icy veins goodness? Or perhaps bigger hitting fireballs with some Focus Magic action as well?

Either way, you won't really be getting the main benefits of either til you're above 70 and you can always respec, so think on it for a while and play around with stuff.
