Has this changed significantly. I've been looking around to see if 142 is still the magic number and didn't find anything conclusive. I'm a NE BM and BE BM hunter.

Still the same for level 70. Pets also share our hit rating now, so no more need for animal handler if you are capped.

Which is why a lot of us have moved those 2 points into Spirit Bond. It helps with all healing done to you and your pet. Makes things a little nicer.
