Stolen from wowwiki...

/stopcasting
/clearfocus [modifier:shift][target=focus,dead][target=focus,noexists]
/focus [target=focus,noexists]
/cast [target=focus] Polymorph

I seem to have an issue with my current polymorph macro (which is meant to randomly pick between pig, turtle and sheep), so apologies if they've change the name of the polymorph spell.

If this macro doesn't work for some reason then I'd suggest deleting the word Polymorph and instead shift-clicking the spell from your spell book, as that will make sure it is entered in the way the game needs.

Hold shift while using this macro to change your focus to your current target (and sheep it).

/clearfocus [button:2]
/stopcasting
/castrandom [target=focus,exists,nodead] Polymorph(Turtle), Polymorph(Pig)
/stopmacro [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/clearfocus [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/focus [harm,exists,nodead]

This is the one i use. Left click to set focus, left click again to sheep focus. Right click to change focus(if original is still alive) to current target as focus. THis one also randomizes between turle and pig, with working spell names after patch 3.0.
