Do you gain any more +stealth for putting more points in feral instincts after one? I have heard that after 1 point in this talent you do not gain any +stealth.

So the way it reads is a big fat YES it will increase your stealth overall.
Not sure if that changed in the latest patch, but I wouldn't think so.
