We get a free mana buff that is more efficient than potions, and our MP5 can be huge, so I dont think the nerf to Hurricane is too bad. However, I do wish that it would proc the Wrath Aura for each hit (Darkmoon Card).

And Quor, if a boomkin at 80 didn't have OOC... Well, that's just plain sad.

I've never bothered with Omen of Clarity, and have always seen it as more of a Feral oriented talent. Why would I want a very small chance to get a free cast, when I never run out of mana in a raid?

Also wanted to add that warlocks regain mana faster than any class in the Game. So, they can AOE endlessly if one chooses. The down-time is usually non-existant; I would have to say that the former mana regeneration from Hurricane does not compare.

You now may not be going OOM in raids but the fact remains that in the level 80, 10 man and 25 man content you very well may be going oom. So considering it not an essential talent doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

Personally saving the mana from having an OOC proc followed by your next cast having a chance to crit, you're going to be getting mana back rather than spending it at a lesser amount. This is why I feel you should have it at level 80.

Also warlocks are limited to the mana pool of a healer, even if they use Demonic Sacrifice for more mana regen.

I'm thinking that many warlocks might go with affliction to raid if it proves to be competitive. The reason is because they have effectively unlimited mana even without outside healing. Dark Pact with the talents for fel hound is a decent source of mana on it's own, then combined with the healing recieved by many of affliction's spells in a standard rotation and they can go on indefinately without support.

I am not concerned about a very small chance to get a free spell, when there will be talents, abilities, and equipment that more than make up for the few mana gained with Omen of Clarity. I still think that talent is more for Feral druids, because they technically get more chances to proc, do to the short time between attacks.

No, because warlocks get unlimited health from Fel Armor (plus Demonic Aegis) and Siphon Life. Dark Pact also grants endless mana. This is not counting Drain Life, and Drain Mana. I play a Demonology warlock, and I think Demonic Sacrifice is something you get when you do not plan on going any further than that into the tree.
If a warlock has mana issues, then they are not utilizing their class the right way. My point is, druid mana regeneration does not even compare since druids cant do it as quickly (but druids' are more time efficient).
