Questions from a restoFollow

Hey there, I'm a fellow resto druid that's a long time reader but 1st time poster!

Mostly just because i thought that before I can express my opinion with some insight I should know the game better, and in the other hand I never had any question that I couldnt find an answer for in here.

I've been resto almost all the way through OL's, collecting some healing gear, and after the patch I was balance for a while (LOVED the huge crits :P). So I got myself some blues from rep after I got to 70 with the intent of doing some pvp.

Ok, but then I thought...pvp i can do all the time, i want to try the pve content I won't be seeing after WOTLK deploys.

That leads to my question...what route shall I take?

At 420 something spellpower, shall I go for some of thte latest dungeons like botanica and such to boost my spellpower a bit?

Try some heroics, and if so am I fit for it?

And the final question is about how much spellpower do I need before I even think of trying to venture into Kara? (heard so much about the beauty in it that I really want to check it)
