Anyone else have more than 1 Hunter?Follow

#1 Oct 25 2008 at 2:38 AM Rating: Decent
I currently have 2 hunters, one is speecd BM, the other Survival. I was planning on starting a 3rd and spec it Marksman, that way i have the flexibility to use all 3 specs without spending gobs amount of money between the three. In saying that, i was thinking Dwarf, or Orc for MM. Any thoughts?

If you are talking three level 70 hunters then no. I have my main hunter and a have ade 1 or 2 over the past 2 years and played around with them a little. Then i delete them. But leveling three hunters to 70 and trying to gear all three is... well, kinda pointless.

I'm currently levelling a second one. Not to gear him though, just to have fun levelling him. Maybe I'll use him as a farmbot when he reaches 70/80.

I started to level one as an ore farmer/jewel crafter. I only made it to level 30 before I decided that I didn't have time or money to level a JC.

I have 2 Hunters.

A Dwarf BM Hunter, lvl 62 if I remember right.

and

A Troll BM Hunter, lvl 64 last time I played.

Each is on a different server. I enjoy Hunter and the BM part of it (well I did last time I played, and that was right before 3.0 update).

The reason for 2? The ally was my 1st hunter. I learned from his mistakes. I started the Horde one bacause RL firends play on the realm, and it was a class I knew I could lvl fast to catch up, and had some knowledge about it due to ahving a already 62 one.

My goal is when I get back into WoW (after I can fig out why I can't get the v.3 updates to work -.-) to lvl the Troll to 70, and then the Dwarf to 70.

On the subject.. I have like 4 or 5 shamans that are all around lvl 20-25. It is a fun job too lol.

I have 5 or 6 hunters scattered across a few different servers, both horde and alliance. I've tried all three trees on them but for my play style, BM is still the best spec for me. Of them all, while NE just irritate the hell outta me, the NE huntard I have is almost as much fun to play as my troll.

I have quite a lot of Hunters scattered over a few servers , most were trying different things out like going Agi/Int for stats to see if i could beat that mana drain we had , no longer any worries there though , i am not even needing to drink now.

On my main server i am trying all the trades except blacksmith out with a large group of Hunters . Why am i doing it with Hunters you may ask , well i level hunters faster than any other class and i wanted to see exactly what each trade does for Hunters.

I have found that some trades are far more fun for a hunter , like Engineering , apart from the lowered income unless i sell the ore/bars and of course the always full bag syndrome it is by far the most fun , Need a new gun yup i can make it , need a scope yup i can make it , need bullets yup i can make them , need help with mobs Explosive Sheep , Compact Harvest Reaper or Mechanical Dragonling all are fun along with various bombs.

Even Enchanting is well worth it with all the stat boosts it can give , but not so sure now as it is so easy to send alts the enchants but is still a good gold maker for me.

I just like to try everything out as i am not interested in grouping but do like to see what makes levelling more fun and the easiest way to compare is by using the same class.

I have two hunters. See the armory links below. I picked an night elf on a PvP server for the stealth racial trait which has saved me several times. They're both BM. I can't imagine another play style ;)

Wasn't it Calabar? I think he's playing LoTRO now.

That's Calabar, and I think he had about 5 lvl 70 hunters... and a whole lot at lower levels too.

I have 2 70 hunters, one alliance and one horde on the same server. They finance my alts and stuff, both have epic flyers, etc.

I have 3 70 Hunters on the same server. Guess I can't get enough pets :).

Always been in small guilds, run heroics daily and Kara. 20 man specs arent really necessary.

Have Dwarven Survival hunter: No, not for PVP. I had a vision to have the ultimate CC Class / Spec. Pre 3.0, I was survival up to Wyvern Sting then BM for improved Health and Dodge and 5 in Marks for crit for my true CC spec. If i wanted more DPS I moved BM points to Marks. This gave me the ability to easilly CC 3 mobs on an initial pull (2 ice traps and Wyvern) And the ability to shortly deal with a 4th if i had to Deterance / Kite etc... Then add in engineering (frost / Concussion grenades, Gnomish Chicken) and a turtle pet that I could use with its shell abilty to tank even heroic mobs for 15-20 seconds with no heals. I had a lot of tools to CC 2-3 mobs for a long time. No this kind of CC isn't always needed but for the people who knew me they didn't mind inviting DPS Warriors and RET pallys for heroic Shattered Halls runs if I was on this toon. It's not about DPS for me on this toon, its about non stop action, running, kiting, trapping, amazing friends, working multiple mobs like a sheep dog on sheep lol. With WotLK, I speced to Explosive shot and as far as I could on the way to aimed shot. Now I get to DPS and do what I love :).

Have NE Marks Hunter: Chimera is very nice for sitting back and reacting to situations as they develope or just plain burst DPS.

Have Horde Troll Hunter: Was a BM Machine Gun Spec pre-3.0. I messed with Going 51 in BM but an exotic pet isnt that important to me. So, ill probably go 50 BM and pickup Aimed Shot or a 45 BM variant.

Sorry so long but, rarelly get a chance to talk about my survival hunter without being flamed lol.

Three hunters 70 (marksman), 68 (marksman), 66 (BM). All same realm.

My 1st ever toon is the 68, does alchemy and herbs, Then I wondered if anyone would react differently to me if I was a female so I rolled another hunter which became my (70) (no nobody treated me differently that I could tell.) LW and skinning and then a dwarf (66 BM, skinning and mining) just because they are suppose to be the best racially. The dwarf was the scout for my main which is a 70 dwarf priest. Now he hangs out and skins or mines as needed for the other toons.
