I was looking through the new mage talents, and the fire talent World on Fire, says it increases the crit chance of Blizzard, yet I never saw anything in the patch notes saying that Blizzard now crits. I'm going with the talent tree on this one, but I just wanted to confirm that they added crits to Vlizzard.
Yep, sure does, and it is graet. I have been using it with The Lightning Capacitor for when I am AoEing as the crits count as procs and after 3 I get a free lightning bolt!
