I need some expert help with my build, http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LVbrdfIxV0rMbbMthx. Please before you flame me about all other forums talking about specs blah blah, I seriously didn't feel like going through all that to find it, I am sorry. Anyway this spec if for PvE that would explain the lack of MS. Any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

No no no no no and no..
As im fury for pve and know much about arms pve specs but i can just give u few pointers
1. poleaxe spec and sword spec at same time is a no no... u wasted 5 points for nothing
2.get MS
3.drops second wind and take sudden death
