Basically I'm just wondering, does anyone have any raw figures for this talent in respect to its effect on our Prowl ability in cat form?

"Reduces the chance enemies have to detect you while Prowling" is the exact wording. But....how much I've always wondered. Is it 5%? 10%? 75%? Might anyone know?

It raises your effective stealth level by 1 pr. talent point. Enemies chance to spot you is based on your level compared to theirs and modified by stealth/detection level.

Agreed with the above poster. Rogues have a similar talent, used to be 5 talent points for +3 stealth per point. This added up to +15 stealth and for each level you get +5 automatically. Thus the talent gave stealth as if you were 3 levels higher. The druid version give +5 stealth per point, added to +15 stealth or 3 levels.
