Here would be a nice place if people could post pet talen trees! Im yet to find a quality talent tree for a Ravanger, so if anyone could post one that would be great, thanks in advance!

Ravagers and all pet families only have one talent tree each--that doesn't seem too difficult, does it?

If you're talking about talent builds, well, that depends on what you're planning to do with the pet--pvp, raiding, soloing, etc. Ravagers are Cunning pets, which means they have a lot of useful talents for pvp and survivability, but if you're using the pet to raid with there's no need to pick up all of them.

I'm not sure if there are any cookie-cutter pet specs out there yet, but here is the build I use for my Wind Serpent, also a Cunning pet.

2/2 Cobra Reflexes (might not keep this one if it turns out to be unlike the old pet skill, which was a DPS increase)
1/3 Great Stamina (if I drop Cobra Reflexes, will be 3/3)

1/1 Boar's Speed (wasn't willing to spend the points for Dive and Mobility, but increased pet speed is a big boost to survivability)
2/2 Owl's Focus (I do tend to overload my pets on focus, this one might not be needed, not sure yet)
3/3 Spiked Collar (a no-brainer, really)

3/3 Avoidance (decreased AoE damage is really a must for raiding, since that's what will kill your pet most often)

1/1 Roar of Recovery (like an extra mana pot, only better--other talents would give more pet damage, but this is nice for the hunter)

Instead of giving replies like this, help with some helpful feedback :)

Until 'Elitist Jerks' or other number crunchers do lots of tests, there is not yet a cookie cutter build. The best spec has not yet been found. You get to experiment like the rest of us. Isyris has given a good run down of each talent. What he gave is the best we've got right now.

I'm having some trouble wrapping my head around the new class changes. A year ago when I quit my ravager had growl. I come back I have to respec and my Ravager doesn't have growl. Is there an actual guide written about the changes of hunters? I want it spelled out what all changes were made.

Unless I am missing something, all pets have growl (and it used to be a free talent under the old system). It might not be on your petbar, but look under your pet's spell page. All pets have growl, a melee attack and their special untrained.

Doh! I don't much care for having to add it to my pet spell bar. Thanks!

You don't have to add it, I was just stating that it might be located somewhere else that you didn't see. The one thing I think blizzard should change now is what we can/can't have on the pet spellbar. I can't stand only having 3 available slots to customize what I want. Follow, Stay, Aggresive, etc are commands I would much rather set on my pet spell page and never see again. Pet Specials, on the other hand I would like to see and have a more immediate feedback to what he is using when instead of scrolling through massive combat logs....

Lol guess I did word that wrong. I'm very glad you told me that where to find I still had growl. I like to be able to SEE my pet use it. I don't want to have to go through combat logs. I have a ravager(the level 5 draeni one) that I leveled to 70 with me. It's always been my favorite pet but with the changes it's no longer the tank it used to be. We used to let it MA in dungeons because of how I specced, now it can't seem to hold aggro. I was afraid I'd lost growl because it was no longer on his hot bar.

In short, I have so much catching up to do!
