From everything I can gather, all of our 70's are going to start with no rest at the outset of the 80 cap. However, what about 69's that are fully rested and just a few exp from the ding? Will they hit 70 and lose all their rest, or will they carry it over, providing a jump start for Wrath? My rogue (66 today) will be sitting right on the cusp of 70 by the time the expansion comes out, unless someone has definate info on this. And yeah, I really am that pathetic that I am itching for this boost, sue me. :)

Rested exp stops for every character at the end of level 69.

If you want a quick burst of exp to get to 71, just do a load of high exp rewarding quests as a 70, (most likely the 5man group ones, and end of chains) but don't hand them in, then when WotLK is released, hand them in for exp. (However you'll lose about what? 300G? if you tried this.)

Ahh, good point. Really though, I was just looking for a way to have something rested at the begining of Wrath. I have always considered leveling a toon that has no rest to be a huge waste of time (thus all the alts hehe).
