I'm sure others have noticed, but I got the highest ranking mage food/water/table for free (basically)...

I found the water on AH a few months ago, but my server is pretty lame and I didn't jump on it. Never go the drop or saw either water or food again for under 150ish...

Ha - all those bastards who demand mage food, but sell the highest ranking spell to mages for 150 - 250 really just took a big loss. It was just available when I went to the trainer.

Do you still need a reagent to cast it?

Yeah, you still do.

The best part is arcane brilliance works on the entire raid now.

Yup -

I bought the food and the table.

I was a 70 mage. I had all the food/water but the last two -

Bought them for a few G at the trainer.

Yeah - need the regent, but the way it used to work was you bought the first few food/water from the trainer, but the last one was always an AH or world drop. Usually >100G at AH.

Bought them at the trainer.

I know you could get the Table at the trainer, but you were on the hook to get the last food and last mage water. (The food looks like a cresant) (The water looks white - two round bulbs - sorta like the "Pom" Juice you see in stores now.)

When I clicked on this thread, I thought it might be about buff food, and was wondering if anyone would be talking about the spicy hot talbuk, but since not, I'll go ahead and throw it in here. I'm gonna start keeping stacks of it on-hand, until I get capped. Maybe the spell dmg food for soloing things, and talbuk for raids, since, as far as I can see, there are no elixirs or anything for hit (or else they're so expensive I didn't give them any notice). :)

There's that and getting the surefooted enchant on your boots (+10 hit). There is also a +10 (15?) spellhit enchant for gloves.

+15 There is spell strike and it looks like Precise Strikes, which used to be for melee, but same for both, now. I wish they'd get rid of the healing enchant now, cuz it's +19 SP, while the other recipe is +20, and it's the same for healers and dmg folks. I guess it'll go away soon. I need to get that surefooted, for sure.
