* Improved Rend changed to 10/20%.
* Inferno: The Infernal is now useable indoors and the tooltip has been updated.
* Rend: Damage has been adjusted to be less base and more weapon based.
* Rend: Ranks 9 and 10 now do 35% more damage when the target is above 75% health instead of 4 times damage when the target is enraged.
* Sudden Death: Now has 3/6/9% chance on hit instead of 10/20/30% chance on crit.
* Titan’s Grip: Changed to 12% penalty instead of 15%.

We got infernals at level 62.........
Ok, I've since found out that while the percentages for Imp rend have dropped, the changes in weapon damage scaling more than make up for it .. Here's a quote from another post I found:
The current rend is:
450 + 30% of (Avg Weapon Damage + AP/14 * Speed). Assuming 2300 AP (this seems about where unbuffed AP will be in naxx gear), this ticks for 807 damage over 15s.
The new rend is:
380 + 100% of (Avg Weapon Damage + AP/14 * Speed). Using the same stats, this now does 1572 over 15s. The damage was nearly doubled in low end gear unbuffed. They more than trippled the scaling, so this just turns into an even bigger buff as gear gets better.
The change to imp rend: Old was 50% of 807, or 403 extra damage for 2 talent points, the new one is 20% of 1572, or 314 extra damage for 2 talent points. So the talent contribution to the overall damage is now slightly weaker, but the fact that rend now scales with 120% weapon damage instead of 45% and only lost 200ish base damage is a major buff.
So, as weird as it may seem to say ... REND got BUFFED .. AGAIN ;-)
The rest if self explanatory, and I'm still waiting for my Internal !
