I think i found a little hidden nerf that has cost me 2 gankings now. When Ice armor randomly does the freeze to a enemy it now flags you for PVP . I know it didn't do this before the patch as I generally 90% of the time wear it and have ran through ally towns many times.
Anyways thought I would share this information. IF your doing the halloween quest in southshore use magearmor.

I thought the Hallow's End quests in SS flagged you regardless of armor.
I play on a PvP server so when hapless horde walk through SS I pound on em with the npcs.
