This may just be something that's happening to me, but has anyone else noticed that sometimes Mend Pet works on its normal 5 sec. cooldown, and other times it's cooldown is closer to 30 sec.? It's happened often enough to me that I figured I would come here and ask. Also, if there has been a post about this in the past, I apologize in advance.
What do you mean? Mend Pet doesn't have a cooldown.
According to Allakhazam, it has a 1.5 second cooldown.

Mend Pet doesn't really have a cooldown (thank goodness!) since it's an instant-cast HoT. Do you maybe mean the duration?

... I just realized that I am an idiot ... what I meant to ask was about growl. Sorry about that ...
I've noticed the same thing about growl
odd you mention it, I was having that with firstaid pre-patch
