No shot rotation, change to weps?Follow

Because shot rotations are dead and with the new changes to steady shot, does that mean that weapon speeds for BM hunters doesn't matter anymore?

I've had a few weapons sitting in my bank i could use that have higher dps than my Wolfslayer, but are slower, so i avoided using them, but now, i was wondering if they will out dps Wolfslayer now?
