Well, it took a few tries, but to macro in the Penguin, I had to call the spell "Polymorph(Rank 4)".
I tried just "Polymorph" like I had before, and it kept giving me the pig.

I thought that was pretty funny that when you hide all levels of spells (minus the top) polymorph: pig is the one that stuck.
Yeah, I couldn't figure out why either. The cycle went turtle, pig, pig, turtle, pig, pig.
Maybe it's alpabetical now. Since they removed the "Rank 1" from the spell name in the spell book.

Sheep
Turtle

I did also have to change my macro for my other animals too.

Yeah, I wish they had added Penguin as a new spell instead of a glyph.
finally, got my penguin glyph. Now the only problem: all of the instances now we just aoe the trash, we don't even take the time to polymorph anything :-(
You should Poly Pull a second group of mobs while everyone is focusing on the first group. Then, when the dust settles, blame the Penguin :)
