Help with PVP buildFollow

i want to reroll my pally for pvp, especially for arena. from what i read ret pallies and prot pallies are getting buffed pretty good. i dont know much about ret pallies and i was hoping you guys can help me out with a build. do ret stack up AP? also, can prot pallies do well in pvp too now? what stats do you stack up with them if you were to pvp with that build. thanks guys.
