I respec'd for 3.0 to Mutilate, I dunno what my DPS cycle should be at all for raids/instances. Should it be Garrote > Backstab > SnD > Rupture? Envenom? Evis? From the new talent that refreshs SnD, I was thinking Evis or Envenom but not sure.

You spend 41 talent points in a tree to NOT use the ability in your cycles. Fuc**ng brilliant.
EDIT: And I didn't even see the misplaced SnD.

Just for kicks, once you get a maxxed SnD going try 4+n/4+r (without glyphs). That should start you off.
You know... Aldriana made a great point on the EJ thread about WotLK: Paraphrased as "Mutilate makes good rogues good, and bad rogues look bad." It's up to us which we are.
Really, there is not going to be a simple Muti cycle that's easy to optimize DPS like we had in Combat. What I'm finding in my experiments is that it's a lot like being an affliction lock where you're trying to juggle several different timers (HfB, SnD, Rupture, D.Poison Stacks, etc...).

I honestly don't think I'm good enough to do Muti. Which is probably why I'm going to stay Combat as long as I don't get a pair of Orange Daggers or as long as Muti doesn't suddenly do double Combats DPS.

Mutilate isn't that hard, you just have to be flexible in your rotation.
