has anyone heard anything about this? Seems a little odd to me especially since they require you to give them your password so that they can basically see where you are to better help you.

Was weary to click on it, and then you said they want your password, so no way I'll look at it.
Blizz advises against sharing an account with people you know, I sure as hell ain't gonna give out a password to someone I don't >.>
To answer the question though, no never heard of it. Again with the password thign though, don't really want to know more.

Never give your password or account information to anyone.
Actually, taking a look at the website, they don't actually ask for your game password or account info, do they?
Might be best to check in with Blizzard on whether they are a legit outfit or not.

I think I'm going to start doing this, from now on, anyone who wants help must give me their account name and password so I can see where they are at.
