Ello,

My question is: What specc would you go with for pvp in wotlk (or when the new talents is released)?

I'm asking this cuz fury now have a "chance on hit" MS, so am just wondering if I should get another 2h for 2hDW in arena (2v2 games)?

oh, another thing; any1 seen a 2h fury warr before? if yes, how is their dps compared to DW fury warrs?

This is a build I might try in a few days if 2h fury is same as DW..

Anyway, hope some1 can help me :)

MS is a guarantee of the debuff, while the chance on hit ms is just hit or miss.

MS - arms is still going to be better, spikier dps, more control in pvp, etc...

2nd wind is awesome. MS is awesome.

You posted a BC spec for a WotLK question...

Yes 2h fury was viable and still kinda is... But generally 2h raid dps is 31/30 or 33/28. Depending on what kind of raid group or which raid your going on. BF kinda sucks in Kara, while you'll get more raid dps from speccing 5/5 in flurry. Unless you have a enhancement shaman, rogue/warrior(d/w), rogue/warrior(d/w), feral druid, in your party, it's kinda hard to roll with a 2h BF warrior in raid. And Kara generally isn't melee friendly and many mobs don't take bleeds.

You will NEED windfury to be competative DPS as a 2h spec. You should be Sword spec to be competative DPS as a 2h, while Axe spec can compete as well.

And in response to your first questiong...

I like seeing deep arms for several things. 1 second wind, 2 imp intercept, 3 tactical mastery, 4 MS.

Just off the top of my head, a 57/14 build seems ok, but I'm considering the usefulness of shortened Overpower CD and the use of Rend in PvP. They feel kinda like a PvE/Grinding talents. But a 41/30 build looks fun too, I just have no idea until later in the game what kind of spec will do well in arena and bg's. It depends a lot on itemization of gear, what kinda of tactics are used or changed, the different classes got respective changes and the skills that they have at their disposal.

We may see people speccing for survivability primarily, and throw up the MS debuff on the main target like in the past. Or we may see warriors take a heavier DPS roll in the future.

Don't be surprised by prot warriors in PvP. They got some nice and nasty tricks coming for PvP now. Shield slam can be some pretty sick spike dps, while spell reflect is always ready on your whole party, an AoE cone stun that does good damage, and mobility on top of everything (zerker stance intercept AND charge, defensive stance intercept AND charge!).
