I was browsing through Rogue changes on WotLK Wiki and found the following one:

Kick:

I haven't seen anyone mention this (possible I missed it), but combined with the new Energy regen system, I'm pretty excited about it. :-) Some of those faster spells were a PITA to interrupt if you had just blown a GCD. Anyone else excited about this, or am I just loopy after working way too long today?

To be fair, I did a quick scan of Beta Changes and Discussions thread, and didn't see any mention of it, and I didn't remember anyone talking about it. Then again, 3 months ago I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to Rogue (focused more on my Warrior at the time).
