I just ding to 70. What are the best red and yellow gems for me to get except the epic gems?

runed living ruby (+dmg), veiled noble topaz (orange) (+hit/dmg), great dawnstone (yellow +spellhit)

Specifically, heroic Mechanar for the epic orange gem. (5 sp. hit, 6 sp. dmg)
