I was thinking about that restokin spec, 24/0/37 or 37/0/24, depending on preferences.

I played a bit, and came up with this

I got 3 remaining points. What do you guys recommend to use them for? Living spirit? Natural perfection? DREAMSTATE?!?

Hi There! I would definitely say "Dreamstate" for sure as it would be one step closer to . It looks like you are weighing a little heavy on the resto side and with your current build you can DPS and Heal ok, but not great. I am not sure what role you plan on filling or if you are planning on dungeoning constantly or not but as a full time boomkin (preferring HOT's and Healing Touch only if think it is totally necessary) I find that I need to be able to kill quick while soloing. Restokin is an OFF-HEALER and when I play I organize the main healer to cover the tank, minions/pets and him/herself and if anyone aggro's I will pop off some healz hoping to spread out the Aggro levels and keep everyone alive. I was working towards the semi-cookie cutter RestoKin on wowwiki that brought me to 39/0/22 (with swiftmend) and I find I could support almost any pick up group without a healer if I swapped gear. Of course since I prefer FF, Insects, and spam Starfire for my main play style I have chosen this build

But will likely re-talent at 80 to include "Swiftmend" as it has proven crucial in the past to main heal as a semi-healer. So all in all I would say drop a few more talents in the Balance tree and DEFINITELY get rid of "Furor" since you shouldnt be switching in to bear or cat forms for anything except stealthing.
Those are my thoughts.

I was thinking about arenas, or...PVP, generally speaking.

Was thinking about furor+moonkin form. Though I'm really not that confident about this option.

(now where did I see once that dreamstate won't be so mandatory, unlike intensity?...

Restokin for life!

That will be my build in wotlk, already tested it in beta and I am LOVING it. Just DoT them up, HoT yourself and run in circles.

EDIT: Note, this is only for pvp, outdoor, arenas and BGs.

I think I may need to try this. My biggest complaint since I went resto is not being able to do any real damage to get little things like dailies done. I fine myself jumping into cat form or bear form to try to kill things out of habit, but I am noticing that if I cast on a target I seem to kill a little faster (makes sense with +spell damage on some healing gear) I started to wonder what boomkin or restokin would be like. I like being able to heal and think I do ok at it, even with the crap gear I have. I am just to darn indecisive.
