I finally deleted all my alts, and went back to my main, BE Hunter. But, since I haven't played him for a while I was hoping for a bit of advice on my equipment and build. Advice in general would be appreciated, and thanks to everyone for your help recently.

Get rid of the strength. It's worthless for a hunter.
You're only lvl 19, dont bother too much, just go for gear with agility > stamina > intellect and level up.
I would go for any agility gear/weapons you can find , strength and spirit are not needed but do not worry about it at the moment and do not buy anything from the auction house unless you are feeling rich , i try and get things with agility first and secondary stats like intellect and stamina are just a bonus to me but always good to have.
As you get higher there are other stats to start collecting but they are all well written about in the stickys , best advice i can give is always try to find a good ranged weapon , if it has agility its a nice bonus and do not worry about the damage your melee weapons can do just get whatever has high agility , for example one of my Hunters has a Sword 15 levels below her as it has great agility and so far i have not found any better.
