Can you have this AND this on at the same time (yes, I know the +40% from pots doesn't stack)?

The reason that I ask is because if I did my wowhead gear filters right the latter trinket has the highest Def rating of every trink out there (same for this and AP) and stacking the AP/Def/stats from any 2 of these is friggin broken imo... assuming you can even do it.

Can I ask why you would want to? Both of those trinkets are pretty crappy for tanks, especially Druid tanks. Druid tanks reach the defense cap so easily, you'd be much better off with avoidance or stam trinkets than the def rating. Likewise, in bear form 2 of the stats are totally wasted on the regular trinket.

A large portion of those trinkets are wasted on the bonus to pots, which you shouldn't be using all that often while tanking. The caster ones are pretty good, since they tend to chain potting, but the melee ones are actually pretty bad for DPS. There are much better options out there. They're definitely not worth the price of the mats IMO.

Yes you can have them both on, but as Sloniah says you wouldn't want to. You want stuff with bonus armor on, and a boatload of dodge or agility. The WOTLK equivalent looks pretty good but the current ones are not bear friendly.

Defense rating will be a total waste for us druids starting next Tuesday, so no need to waste your mats on it. Survival of the Fittest will make us uncrittable.

I'm using this and this.

Just to actually answer the question. You can indeed wear both even if it may be a bad idea

EDIT: Missed that someone already anwered it further up :)
