Build fail. Epic build fail.

You're setting yourself up to be able to do a little bit of everything very very very poorly. Too many problems to even constructively criticize.

Ferals are very good at the DPS and Tank roles, and can heal instances up to the level 70 stuff with a healing set. Just do that. If you want to nuke with any effectiveness, respec.

If you want to get creative with your build, at least start with something at http://www.wowwiki.com/Druid_builds

I personally wouldn't waste time fiddling with a creative talent build with the talents getting totally redone in 6 weeks.

Remember to play nice this aint the rogue forms.

He is right though. You need to specialize to succeed. Caster DPS, healing or melee are the 3 main flavors of druid in these french vanilla days.

In chocolate you will have to choose between caster DPS, healing, melee DPS or tank. With all 4 flavors of druid having different specs with some over lap; like all druids getting OoC (Omen of Clarity). The melee and tank roles were the same spec in french vanilla but have separated for the expansion due to some key talents for tanking that have no real place in a DPS build.

The whole can do it all mentality is misleading as being able to do something is a far cry from excelling. Granted a melee or caster hybrid could be made but it would be gimped compared to a specialized spec. That leads to failure.

Sorry, to disappoint you but that is the truth. Check the stickies and the wiki for more information. Just remember in a few weeks it all changes. So guessing from you post I would suspect you just rolled your druid. As such just start going feral as it levels the fastest.

Please also post your armory link. It can help us troubleshoot any problems you may be having.

Here is mine to give a give you a look at how I spec'd and what not.

We are already a hybrid class, no matter what you spec to an extent you'll be able to do those things.
But as Horse said, you'll need to specialize to succeed. If your just starting out, I suggest reading the "READ THIS FIRST: Druid 101" Sticky.

LOL, I wasn't that nasty, was I? : )

This forum is so darn "nice" that I admittedly felt a twinge of guilt even though I didn't call him any names and I insulted neither his intelligence nor his mother. I almost added a "with all due respect" or "in my humble opinion" to soften the blow of my vicious assault, ;) but ultimately felt that in context of an answer that A) was accurate per your own agreement, B) provided a brief explanation, and C) included a link to a helpful resource, I could afford to let a LITTLE bit of my mean nasty real-life personality shine through. And while I'm no rogue I do, after all, have 3,000AP and an attack called "Mangle" -- I can't be super nice and drink tea with my pinky sticking out all the time.

LOL
You funny.

We are the nicest, most helpful and free from QQ forum on the Alla site.

It is because druids are naturally tree huggers, with claws.

Guys, he has 5/5 Feral Aggression, Improved Tranq., Tranquil Spirit, 3/3 Natural Shapeshifter and .... Brambles... I'm pretty sure he's just yanking our proverbial chain.

NYCattitude: I'm not gunna beat a dead horse but i will reinforce that these fine individuals have offered some very solid advice. Follow it.

Sage JeeBar: I still gave you a rate up for giving out solid advice. Sometimes a shock of reality to those that have yet to be informed is the best teacher.

Scholar jeffoncom: As the OP only has 1 post (this being it) I don't think that your assesment is accurete(sp?). I think that this is just a case of inexperiance/ignorance.

I like to beat a dead horse.

As a hybrid class you need to delve deep into the talent trees. Respec as you need to fill other rolls.

The only real hybrid build I've seen as a druid is the Restokin (Dreamstate for you oldies out there :D). Just search on any of the wow help sites for information on it.
