Is there a use for swing timers (ex. Quartz addon) and rogue attacks, or are we specifically tied to energy regain and expense? As for using a swing timer how would one use it, to ensure not stepping on other attacks (or wasting time mashing buttons).
Rogue attacks have nothing to do with swing timers, and what swing timers exist aren't accurate for Rogues because 1) Nobody cares, usually and 2) It's hard to distinguish between MH hits and OH hits.
