Hi I'm aiming for shadowstep spec when i reach 70 but i wondered if some kind soul would take a look at my wee man now and give me a few pointers on how hes looking? i know i have spent to many talent points in one tree , i need a spec that is going to get me to the promise land(70)the least painful way! and also any comments on what gear to upgrade too, i thank you in advance.

Combat is the best way to level. So you're good there. Your spec itself could be better but I wouldn't worry about it now since you're so close to 70 as is. Your gear is fine for leveling.

Get a much faster off-hand, like today. Get the CE head enchant too as quickly as possible.
Imp Slice and Dice is a raiding talent, not for leveling. Honestly, in PvE quest grinding I never missed Master of Deception while Combat. Nerves of Steel is not needed, same with Blade Twisting. You could drop those and score Riposte which is great for leveling. If nothing else, get your next point into Relentless Strikes.

Thank you to all who replied, i got a faster offhand weapon and works much better, up to 67 now so not long for making monkeys uncles out of the horde, cheers all

Well 69 now and would like to gain a good few points in BGs but have no resilience gear, where and how can i pick some up quickly or am i wasting my time? thank you
At level 70 you can buy the Opportunist's Set. You need to have the correct Rep for that faction but you can buy those. Im not sure if at level 69 you can get gear with resilience on it tho.
If you're looking for a good PvP set and you're only 69 STAY THERE! Accumulate the honor to acquire the Merciless Gladiators set and when ya hit 70 you'll be ready to play with the big boys. Ain't nothing saying "Kill Me" than a fresh 70 in EoTS in blues and greens against S3/S4 competition. There isnt much in the way of resilience items in that level range which still makes ShS Daggers viable (although still not against the plate classes). So just acquire your marks out of AB, WSG, and EoTS at 69 and then deal with AV at 70 to pick up the remaining marks. That way you have a PvP set that isnt based on honor and might actually keep ya alive longer than 10 seconds.

Generally speaking I found saving Marks the best thing about staying in the 69 bracket. Honor gains are easier at 70, but some marks can be difficult at the level cap when you're up against arena-geared players. In my battlegroup several of the battlegrounds were more balanced at 69 then they are at 70. So on my lock, I sat there and accumulated the marks that are harder to get at 70 (for me EotS and WSG).

Help!! Just got used to new spec and they go and move the goalposts!, with a month to ex pack comes out what should i do stay specced for pvp or go for a leveling spec no bleeding idea , please help . thank you
