The only reason you are seeing damage like that from SoC is because it is based on a ppm (procs per minute) system. This means that for a faster weapon like yours, SoC would proc far less, because i think it is something like 7 ppm. Now if you had a weapon in the range of 3.6, our preferred speed, you would see a huge increase in damage. This is not only because you have a much better chance per hit to proc it, but the actual damage would be much higher per proc.

So yes, with a 2.6 speed weapon, you would see higher damage from seal of rightousness, simply because there are more procs than with SoC.

But if you are alliance, just you wait till WoTLK, or if you are horde, you are lucky. Seal of Blood is definitely my preferred seal for instances or anything that i have a healer in. Good Luck :D

It's because your weapon has 2.6 speed.

Get a slower one and the SoC procs will vastly increase your damage, as will Crusader Strike.

depends on the money your willing to drop. but overall str would be best

To be perfectly honest you should just level up. There's no reason to even get it enchanted unless you plan to twink at 59, and there's no real point because at 59 being a twink means very, very little.

That said, Fiery is often underestimated as a twink enchant.
