Currently I have equipped Laughing Skull Tunic of the Sorcerer and I have acquired Shadowcast Tunic. Should I keep the STA and INT gains from the Laughing Tunic or switch to the DMG increase on the Shadowcast?

Don't know what would be a better gain.

And it also helps to know what kind of play style you use. If you use a pet to tank, you might just want to stick with the Laughing Skull. If you play with an imp on passive while you drain life, the spell power might be worth the 11 Stamina loss. Seeing your armory helps, as well.
