I just started back after being gone a few years and my rogue is specced sub.
do they still do free respecs with drastic changes like the new patch will introduce?
wanna save 20 gold if i can change my talent tree for free.

Usually with changes to talents or addition of talents, they tend to reset all points for us to use. So most likely it'll reset and be free.
