For the last couple of Outland instances I have been doing some embarrising DPS, like the tank was doing more damage than me! Mind you I was 2 levels lower than everyone else, but still it got me to thinking..... I think I am fairly well geared up http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Nagrand&n=Stonehawk I would appriciate any suggestions for a good rotation that deals maximum damage. At the moment I tend to Charge or Intercept, whirlwind, Rampage when up then Heroic Strike until the mob is dead. I rarely use Execute because of all the rage dump.

1) You don't use Bloodthirst ?
2) Execute Spam is the largest amount of damage/rage that you can do ... remember, spam it as soon as it's available, don't wait to build rage before you use it.

As for your gear, it's interesting to say the least, although aside from the mail helm (I'm sure there was a more suitable plate helm from early in HFP, but it was a long time ago, so I forget), and your pally breastplate is also very interesting ... there was a very good DPS plate chest from Hand of Kargath quest line. p.s Stop socketing for Stamina.

Your trinkets bother me, though ... why don't you have the Crit trinket (with on-use AP) from Cruel's Intentions. And there were couple of pre-bc trinkets (the one from HInterlands, and the one from Winterspring come to mind), which would do your damage stats the world of good ... and would be infinitely better than what you have on now.

Your offhand dagger is not optimal, but seeing as though you're only 64, it's not a big issue. But please remember, daggers are a no-no ... they do less damage that other one handers with whirlwind - that's the pure and simple reason. Aside from the damage, they are too quick, you need something slower (same reason - they do less damage with whirlwind because of that as well). Again, not a big issue while levelling, as you'll probably change soon enough, just keep it very much in mind.

As for charging in instances ... that stuns the mob, not allowing the tank to pick it up properly, and just causes more problems. If you want to charge to get rage, rather use bloodrage, it gives you more rage, and allows you to start attacking earlier (if you time it right).

As for your spec ...
1)drop the points in Imp Rend, put them in Imp HS.
2)You only need 2 points max in imp Demo Shout, put the rest in Unbridled Wrath.
3)drop the points in Imp Cleave and Piercing howl, and put them in commanding presence. Cleave shouldn't be part of your rotation, piercing howl is a PvP utility, and commanding presence improves Battle Shout astronomically.
4) Weapon mastery raises your expertise (which is the most important DPS stat until you cap it). YOu should have that maxed.
5) Imp Whirlwind should only be 1/2, not 2/2 - that messes around with rotation timing.
6) you need 3/3 Precision ... that's 3% chance to hit, and you only have 2% on your gear - that means you're missing with your special attacks !!!

Your spec should look something like this http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LN0czhZVf0VxxRVuRo

Put your next 3 points into Imp Zerker, and your following 3 points into Deflection and Impale.

As for rotations ... you should be in Berserker stance. Open with normal white attacks to get some rage (or Bloodrage if you want to start earlier). Then Bloodthirst, Whirlwind, Heroic Strike, then pop Bloodthirst and Whirlwind when their cooldowns are up. Use the gaps while the CD's are ticking to Heroic Strike, Refresh Shouts, etc. When Execute is available, spam it ... I promise you, that's what moves Raiding warriors up 2 or 3 places in the DPS charts at the end of every fight ... it's a huge damage boost.

Important point, ALWAYS ensure Battle shout is up ... that's nearly 300 AP at your level (with commanding presence) ... which is a big DPS increase.

Hope this helps ... good luck.
