Does anyone know if they are eliminiating downranking spells come next patch? OR will it not be until after the expansion.

Since we have no chance in the matter, I am kinda hoping that they change it after the patch, as It will give us time to adjust to healing without downranks.

(And more time to complain to bliz about how stupid they are...) I mean its a good thing...
