Mutilate Post 3.0Follow

I am a huge fan of mutilate (and not so much SS Spam). But I also know the folly in tring to raid anything thats at or above my gear level while mutilate. Will mutilate become a decent on par raiding build or is all the love blizzard is giving it just a load of empty words. I plan on at least giving a build like this or similar to this a try (still debating on how to roll for leveling if some one could post a leveling build for WOTLK I would love to see it) http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=f0efoxxoiroIzox0xV0LZxb . Would some of you eliete (SP) rogues out there mind doing your theroycraft voodoo magic and telling me what you think? This is greatly apriciated.
