At the moment my warrior is at level 65 and has a bit of a mixed up build. I started with 2H Fury and modified it so i wasn't completely useless at tanking.
Build at the moment: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LV0cZVfzm0gRVuZfV0oh
(8/34/14)
I seem to be just as effective with a 2H or dual weilding, and have kept a high hit rating as soon as I could, so that my DW gets me plenty of rage.
But that's solo.

I never did much tanking before I hit Outlands, but I have tanked Ramparts. My tanking set consists of 4 or 5 peices, basically with more +Defense. Namely, the Ironsole Clompers (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=24064;source=live) and a few 'of the Champion' bits.
My tanking weapon is the Footman's Longsword, the rep reward from Honor Hold (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=25825;source=live)and Sheild is the Sporeggar Lichen Guard. http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=25828;source=live

The tanking abilities I use mostly are Sunder, Revenge, Shield Block and the occasional Thunderclap & Demo Shout when the debuff drops off. Bloodthirst when I have heaps of rage to spare. My talents don't allow me to use Devastate, obviously.

Just providing some general info about my character and the way i play, so I can ask for some advice and general hints, like any changes you would recommend for my talents? or where I should put the next few points? Don't forget my playtime at the moment is 80% solo, 20% tanking in instances.
Is there a recommended tanking rotation for the abilities I have available?
Can I continue tanking right up to Tempest Keep 5-mans with a build like this?

Thanks.
(Sorry I don't know how to do the item links properly.)

Just stay in the DPS trees (arms, fury) till you get lvl 70. Then, if you want to tank, respec prot. DPS PvP, go arms or DPS PvE, go fury. See the sticky for more builds

There's honestly no reason to ever spec prot until you step into a tanking spot in raid/heroics. Even then, it's honestly a question of your groups. You don't gain much survivability from prot, what you gain is a lot higher threat gen. If you're geared enough to be able to not die, you can afford to not be prot so long as you can keep mobs off of heaelers and DPS. You'll want to go prot when you first get into heroics/kara, but once you've got more gear....eh. Your call.

The reason I took those talents in Prot were to reduce my damage taken, and increase my threat generation.

I mentioned in my first post that I use Bloodthirst while tanking.
Is there any information on wether Bloodthirst is better than Heroic Strike as a threat generating rage dump?
I have Tactical Mastery which is supposed to increase the threat of Bloodthirst, but I can't find any specific numbers / calculations.
