I currently am in possession of cards 2-8 of the decks to create http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31856 and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31857, and i don't have the gold to buy the ace for both, only one.
So, which would be better for a raiding hunter, the stacking AP or Crit? I was thinking crit, because very shortly i hope to get my hourglass, i would think the Wrath card and the Hourglass would make a decent combo, but i could be wrong.

Neither.
Both arent strong trinkets for hunters.
You'd be better off just selling the cards you have.
edit: just farm for the hourglass to replace bladefists and farm badges for the 41-badge trinket.
Both of those are better than the darkmoon cards.

this, gold might be easy but it's so fun to have.. so save it and get a cheaper, yet better trinket!

I'll agree. Neither. Crusade ends up being less than 120 passive AP. Wrath gets less and less useful the more crit you get, and at 23% crit, it averages out to only being a 2% crit benefit.
Comparing that to some other trinkets:
First the ones you have now:
Bladefist
26 crit
50 AP
Core
85.33 AP
Both are already better than Wrath, still behind the other darkmoon card but not far (especially bladefist).
Taking a good timing into consideration (a.k.a. using it at the same time as BW/RF) Both could very well be better than bpoth darkmoon cards)
Then vs some other popular trinkets:
Hourglass:
32 crit
55 AP
Bloodlust Brooch:
118.33 AP
And here we see Hourglass being equal to the other darkmoon card, and the brooch is better because you can combine it with other things.
And vs some top end trinkets:
Madness o/t betrayer:
20 hit
84 AP
120 armor pen
Blackened naaru sliver:
54 haste
128 AP (at least)
Berserker's Call:
150 AP
Not much of a competition anymore :P
