So, whoever has beta out there, what spec should I choose on my premade for pvp? I'm leaning towards muti but with slaughter from the shadows buff I don't know what I'm going to do. I could go muti something like 51/10/10 (because the pvp gear doesn't give any hit rating) or shadowstep deep enough in assass for fleet footed / quick recovery, or i could go deep and be like 10/10/51 or some variation of that. Any ideas?

I have pretty much read everything in the past page or two on rogue forums about this. Next time I will specify so you don't waste your time- my apologies. I'm just looking for people's opinions straight up

I'm not trying to insult anybody. I've read Theo's official thread about this... it talks a lot about specs but never which one is going to be dominant for PvP.

This is not just another noob who can't read posts for his life. Why do you guys have to be so mean?

/nerd tears off

Where does it talk more in depth about pvp specs Theo? If you want to be a jerk (which I am totally cool with because you are most of the time right) then point me in the right damn direction. I see an occasional snippet about PvE mutilate vs combat, but that's it.

The problem is that no one has had a chance to really test out anything in beta, and we only just got access to PvP gear with premades.

And the way it's looking now, we're back to needing Precision, so that's a pretty huge impact on our builds.

Only time will tell, and it's pretty useless to discuss specs when they're still looking at rogues even in the current build.

Be patient, sit down, and read what myself and others post about beta. When we see patch 3.0 come out we can be a bit more positive, but at the moment, everything is still in flux.

And in additional words.

Expect many more changes to our builds to come. Thereby making any planning right now, an exercise in futility [cept say to satisfy our curiousity to see what sorta builds we CAN setup for now]
