Arena AddonsFollow

Right. So I've scrolled trough the compendium and didn't really find anything of the likes.

What I'm looking for is a couple of solid arena add-ons. Mainly one that keeps track of targets and/or spells. I want to see a bar that's counting down to let me know exactly when that mage's ice block is going to melt. I want to see a bar that shows exactly how long there is left until my partners' sap fails. I want an addon that announces my blinds in /rw (I can macro this, but still). And perhaps most of all, I want an add-on that shouts out the names and classes of our enemies as we enter the arena. Oh; and I wouldn't mind an add-on that keeps track of diminishing returns either.

Proximo, right? In that case, does anybody have a link for the absolute newest version? I used to have an old one where I couldn't activate half the options. Then I found what I thought was an update for it, but it kind of got bugged; the menu didn't work at all and the Proximo window was stuck at the middle of the screen with me being unable to move/drag it.

As for CC-timers, I've tried Controlfreak and CC-watch. I probably have an outdated version of Controlfreak (since it does... nothing except 'sit there'), and I wasn't too happy with CC-watch since afaik it only keeps track of CC casted on and by me. Not to mention it stopped working 2 patches back.

So, anybody has any suggestions or links?

Edit: Argh, spellingz

Proximo from files.wowace.com will be the most recent. It'll allow you to change the announce and allow you to announce CC and when it breaks.

For CC timers I've got an old version of NECB that I've modified to work, but I will not be releasing. ClassTimers works, as does DoTimer I believe.

If you check the TheoWiki link in my sig, I've linked to one of my favorite addons, ShadowsightTimer. Great addon for arena.

Proximo for target tracking. (There is another called Gladiator, which was the precedent for Proximo, but they both function the same).

For DR's you can use NaturEnemyCastBar (although this will only show DR's of what you are targeting(not sure if say, you have a target and a focus, if it will show all the focus' dr's either, as I havent used this in awhile). NECB is real great and people used it for a long time until a few people leaked out MagickTrack, which I will not be releasing on this site (CUZ ITS OP LIKE THAT).

Alright, thanks for the help... I got proximo up and running, it's really sweet.

I'm still working on the bars... The thing with NaturCombatBars (apperantly that's the newest version) is that I can't control *what* it show. At the moment it just shows... everything. So I get stuck with bars on my screen giving me the CD timer on some guy's perception when I really couldn't care less about it. I've got Classtimers as well, but I'm not sure, that doesn't seem to completely work... I've only seen it display rupture and expose armor, and it's only ever displayed something after me being in the arena for ~2 minutes. Might try Dotimers then.

I'd have to play with NECB before I could give advice, as I havent really used it since early S3, and rarely at that.

You could always download an older version but meh. I'm sure there are others that function the same.

NECB was awesome. Theo I'll pay you like, $9 to send a working copy over. I think something called Quartz (or something to that effect) was an option on replacing NECB, but I wasn't a fan.
