level 42 fire mage armor questionFollow

i am about to stop wow for a while, but for my last week or so i was going to do a lot of dueling if i can. but i can not decide wether to go with +fire damgage or int and stam. which is better for dueling? here is my profile right now and then my build that i am going to do.

yeah i just really enjoy dueling. my health is very low buti have 115 fire damage. what i am asking is it the +fire damgae worht loosing all theat health or shuld i get armor with int and stam?

The biggest problem with a mage in PvP (especially at lower levels when you have less gear choices) is staying alive long enough to use your strengths. +115 fire damage is no good if you can't survive a single kidney shot from a rog (assuming you used blink on the cheapshot opener). Likewise, what good is an 8K mana pool if your dead before you can spend even 3k of it. My suggestion for dueling/pvping at mid levels is sta > splldmg > crit > int. Also, never use gear that is ... of fiery/frozen/arcane wrath. 95% of the time you are missing out more from the stats your not gaining from that slot. (A few exceptions can be in head slots and shoulder slots at lower levels.)
