Must have PVP talents in WotLKFollow

Hello. I've been PVPing with the cookie cutter Arcane/Frost and full frost builds for the last 8 months or so and I am dying for some variety with the new expansion. I'm interested in experimenting with my own builds but would like the boards opinions on some must have or near must have talents out of the Arcane and Fire trees for PVP only. I will not be doing any end game raiding..ever. Here is the build I've come up so far...

I really like the Arcane tree but didn't want to give up Frost w/ out picking up Blazing speed. The little Fire PVP I did I really liked this talent. In this build I was hoping to deal damage mainly off instants and scorch but I'm not sure there is enough DPS here. Have I given up too much Arcane to pick Blazing Speed? Thanks for you feedback.

Maybe Living Bomb in 5on5. But im playing mostly 2on2,3on3 thats why presence of mind prefered :-D
