Hello guys
Finally managed to get my 2nd part of the T5 set last night :)
In order to equip these I am going to have to take off http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=34916&source=live&locale=enUS

(sorry I dont know how to link with just the item name)

Using Cheeky's i can see this is gonna gimp my DPS substantially so in an effort to get my DPS back up I have taken Garonas ring off and put on Angelistas revenge.
This has put me 5 below the hit cap (if I gem with Agi gems, which I want to do obviously) I will be keen to put out as much DPS as possible in forthcoming raids so i was going to just ignore the 5 Hit I am missing and drink Agi pots.

Can anyone tell me what they would do in this situation please

I personally bring a lot of different gear to raids so I can switch out according to my needs. During fights where pets take a significant amount of damage, I put on my T5 bonus and take the hit in my DPS. But I'd rather lose a bit of DPS and passively keep my pet alive than have to interrupt my DPS and mend my pet, or in a worst-case scenario, take the time to resurrect it.

If you're still in T5 content, you probably won't need the bonus for very many fights. Void Reaver and possibly A'lar are the only ones that really come to mind. For the rest of the fights, just put on the gear that have stronger stats.

Also, don't worry about 5 hit rating. You could put an agi/hit gem somewhere, but it won't make any sort of significant difference.
