I just wanna hear about your themed hunters (e.g. hunter and pet name), or any ones you've seen. My new project is an orc hunter who was originally named Inferiority (a guildy had a hunter named Industry, and Industry vs. Inferiority is one of Erikson's stages of Psychosocial development) but I renamed him after guildies complained his name was a mouthful and they couldn't find a nickname for him.
So now...he is named Ashketchum. Yes, the pokemon trainer from the anime. Why? Because it is fricken hillarious to be pwning people with that name. As such, I name all my pets after pokemon (planning on raiding at 70 with a ravager named Nidoranmale, and at 80 with a devilsaur named Charmander).
I was assuming my guildies could give me crap about giving homage to pokemon, and they could shorten my name to Ash (thus causing laughter and making the complaints go away), but they all just nicknamed me *** Ketchup or Buttsauce (and several variations of).
Anyway...enough of me humiliating myself. What have you guys seen/done?

A guildy (in the past) would intentionally mispell my name (he called me Aryan instead of Ayrianna) because my Nelf's hair and skin are as light as they get (light purple/white), and I have a white pet.... I didn't get along with him too well, though.

have a hunter named elmerfud and a cat named sylvester/wolf named pluto
seen a nightelf named calvin, and he has a stranglethorn tiger named hobbes
My hunter's name is Xanthalas, my pet's name is mine spelled backwards.
My hunter is named Petophile and the pet is nammed petwussy
My ally hunter's name is Hox, and that is backwards of Xoh (my 1st WoW toon).
Xoh is the abv. of my RL dogs name; Xavier Oscar Hammurabi.
He uses King B as a pet.. and thus is name is Bangalash.
My Horde toon's name is Sandinmygum (Sand in my gum) and his 1st pet's name was Guminmysand.
But I have been using Humar the Pride Lord, and named him BlackTide. After the band.

Back on my Ally toon, before he was able to tame King B, he used a Croc. And his name was SteveIrwin. Everywhere I went someone commented me (good and bad) about the name.

I just can't get over the Hunter named Metoo and the pet named Imwithstupid.

My theme is not amusing and is just the hunters names , well not just my hunters but all my characters are named Sandra , like my Mage is sandraice my Tauren Hunter is sandratarus ect, so i guess i am themed.

I haven't seen many if any themed hunters. I'm not much of an RP-er, so I didn't chose a name that was from a movie,anime,videogame,whatever.
BUT I do like clever names. I tamed one of the spotted ghost cats from northern ashenvale and named him 'Bulletproof'. Hah.. cuz... he's full of holes... and dead already.. hah.. oh man.. I crack myself up.

I tend to like white pets, and since I speak French at home, I decided to give various French names for snow or wind to my pets. So I have Rafale (the rare white Wind Serpent, forget his mobname), which means "a strong gust of wind", and Poudrerie, a white leopard from the Dwarf starter area (as a Blood Elf, it was hard to get), which means "driven snow".
I also have a Hunter named Sukurachi (no, it's not Japanese.. just say it fast), and his pet is called Ichi.
