What elixirFollow

#1 Aug 28 2008 at 9:11 AM Rating: Decent
Hey guys, just a quick question. I keep agility and mastery elixirs on me, but im starting to think, wouldnt the mastery ones be better all the time?

I usually use a mastery at the start, then for the boss ill throw an agility on. currently in hyj/bt. Any info would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: The reason i ask is because our guild MT, who I respect greatly, uses agility elixir, but if my math is right, the mastery is superior.

I always liked Mastery too. +stam, +str (better blocks/attack threat), +agi (better dodge, crit, and slight armor) Vs just better Crit, dodge and slight armor increase. But that's just me. Also, I'm pretty sure the +stats stack with kings... so it's IMO better to have all 3 of the tanking stats boosted then just Agi. ***note***I'm no theorycrafter by far, so take the above lightly lol.

However, if you're running MH and BT, if you plan on wiping a lot, might as well tell him to flask it up.... Fort Flask FTW I think it's something like 500 HP and Defense... Flask of Fortification

Hmm, I can't link items anymore =(

DPS-ing use Flask of Relentless Assault

Tanking use Flask of Fortification like the other poster said.

Expect to pay a premium for either of the two, but the little "effect persists through death" is invaluable, plus they last 2 hours.
