For clothies:

Crippling and Mind-Numbing poisons.

Ambush (usually crit if you have Improved Ambush like me), wait some time until he/she begins casting a spell or energy reachs 80+, Gouge, wait some time until energy 60+, Backstab (usually crits if you have Puncturing Wounds), wait a tick, Kidney Shot (usually you get 25 energy from Ruthlessness, if you have it), Backstab, and if he/she isn´t dead yet, Gouge, Backstab and Cold Eviscerate.

This of course only works perfectly if the clothie is dumb, usually you will have to use Vanish and Cloak of Shadows, or maybe a trinket.

For tankers:

Wound (if pally or druid), Deadly (if warrior), Crippling poison.

Garrote, if he/she hits too hard frequently then Evasion, start running around him/her, Backstab, Rupture at 5 CP´s, then start again until 5 CP and Cold Eviscerate or Cold Envenom. If he/she is still alive, start again. You WILL use Cloak of Shadows or/and Vanish or a trinket, and probably a pot, unless he/she is a dumb.

Of course this all only works for a dual dagger ***/sub rogue WITH Seal Fate. If you have premeditation use it, or shadowstep if you have it.
