So how much does the Improved Stealth buff that Vanish gives you increase your stealth level? Does it make you completely unseen?
Also, if my enemy has Perception active, how much does Improved Stealth help?

Vanish Rank 3 give you +370 Stealth Level. This is the equivalent of beeing 74 level higher. So this is not total invisibility but it is very good.
EDIT - Perception increases stealth detection value by 50 levels.

I'm spec'd Sub, with heightened senses and MoD, my Drood buddy is also spec'd improved stealth(their version), and the equivalent of our heightened senses.
We can generally detect each other when reasonably nearby, but he says when I vanish ... I'm gone for him ... even if I'm right in front. So yeah, the numbers are as above, but this is just a bit of anecdotal evidence of just how good it is ...
We're both horde, so I can't talk to perception - but I guess the numbers above can
