I don't know about the other classes part but I'm pretty sure that it can be disspelled by Tranq Shot.

Right now Tranq Shot is bugged and it's not removing anything in the beta regardless of the affect. So unfortunately we've been unable to test it out in pvp or pve. Arcane shot is just a normal shot now and won't remove any magical affects, and anytime you try to click on Tranq Shot to remove an affect on an existing player or NPC it says "You have no target". Rather annoying since we can't test to see how good or bad this shot will actually be. Right now it's just taking up space on my hotkey bars.

I'd say it will probably become quite good though. That's one skill every hunter has. And it negates/evens out a rogue 51-point talent. Either way, it has potential.

Someone on wowhead noticed that between glyphs and talents a BM hunter can get BW+TBW to be on a 70 second cooldown (or 64 seconds, depending on which is applied first, although likely 70 seconds knowing blizzard). At 70 seconds, this would be active >25% of the time.

Also "The TBW" is redundant, since the "T" in "TBW" stands for "The". So you basically said "The The Beast Within." (Sort of like how people say "PST Plz" that just means "Please Send Tell Please."

I always say BW, not TBW.

Very true. And it did make me realize how much and how often I actually do use that dispell effect.

How does anyone know if you're referring to Bestial Wrath or TBW then?

Anesthetic poison now removes an Enrage effect.

What sane rogue uses anesthetic poison? I don't know. But it does.

Edited for clarity.

I always looked at pst as the noise someone makes when they try to get your attention.
I.E.:

"Hey!... Psst!"

Anyway, I'm not one for abbreviations so thank you for clarifying what he meant. XD
Lastly, if it can be dispelled and it's just from Tranq Shot, than you'd only have to worry about it if you happened upon a hunter in Arena or Battlegrounds. If it's all dispels, that could kind of suck. : /

It does make you wonder if people would bother to try and dispel it, though, since it doesn't last very long... but than again, you can pump out quite a bit of damage within that time frame.

Hmm... don't mind me, I'm babbling. XD

In my opinion, from the way it's worded, you should not be able to dispel The Beast Within unless the hunter's pet's Bestial Wrath is dispelled first, or the pet gets killed.

Edit: I also believe that BM hunters should get a TBW-like effect talent for when their pet dies.
