I've read thru a bunch of these threads and learned a great deal about the mechanics of the game, even though with all of the acronyms and formulae it's very confusing and more than I'd like to get involved with.
I just want to know two things:
1. How'm I doin?
2. What's better?
I only group with a select few people, I tried PvP but like it better with my Hunter, I don't raid and spend 90% of my time totally PvE and solo.
The best piece of advice I've seen is switching to slower 1 hand weapons for better procs. My DPS went thru the roof as I switched from quick daggers to slower maces. However, sifting thru all of this info for better info is a legubrious process.
I like PvE and want to get better at it. I don't like raids or PvP with my Shaman, but I love the class best of all.

One main problem is that your wearing a ton of +healing +spell damage gear. I could'nt see your exact talent spread (this would be helpful to know to further help you) but since your duel-wielding I am assuming that you are correctly specced into Enhancement.
All that armor that has +healing +spell damage (Resto/Elemental shaman gear) should be vendored. It is useless for your specc. Find gear with either +attack power or +strength. I beilieve strength as it is now is the best stat for an enhancement Shaman.
Next loose that mace in your main hand. If you can get another Fist of Reckoning then grab it. You could probably duel 2x Fist of Reckoning to 70 without needing to replace them. Your weapons should both have speeds of 2.7, or close to it, to maximize your winfury damage. Don't think on this one just do it. Your dps will jump significantly.
My Shaman is level 62 atm and I think his attack power is at 750 unbuffed. Jumpes to around 1000 in a group with two palladins. Yours is sitting around 400 and your a level above me. Adding 300 attack power is so huge it will blow your mind. Your should be able to attain this just by buying greens from the AH, remeber to focus on either +strength or +attack power. A few pieces of mine are leather as that gear has good stats for us Enhancers pre level 70 shaman gear.

Well, first of all, your spec is really messed up. Try this.
